We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before requesting a return.
1. 14-Day Return Policy
If you are a consumer and applicable law grants you a right of withdrawal, you may request a return within 14 days after receiving your order.

Returns sent without prior authorization cannot be accepted.
2. Return Authorization
Because ORIVO works with different international fulfillment partners, return addresses vary depending on the product and supplier.
Do not send any products back without contacting us first.
After your request has been approved, we will provide the correct return address and detailed return instructions.
3. Return Conditions
Returned products must:

be returned within the applicable return period;

be in their original condition where possible;

include all accessories and original packaging whenever reasonably available.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions where legally permitted.
4. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive:

a damaged item,

a defective product,

or the wrong item,
please contact us within 48 hours after delivery.
Please include:

a description of the issue,

clear photos or videos showing the problem.
We will review your request and provide an appropriate solution, such as a replacement, refund or other remedy where applicable.
5. Refunds
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time before the refund appears in your account.
6. Return Shipping Costs
Unless otherwise required by applicable law or the product is defective or incorrectly delivered, customers are responsible for the direct cost of return shipping.
Shipping costs paid for the original order are generally non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.
7. Non-Returnable Items
Returns cannot be accepted for:

items intentionally modified by the customer;

products excluded from return by mandatory legal provisions.
8. Cancellations
Orders are processed quickly.
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us immediately.
If the order has not yet been processed, we will do our best to cancel it.
Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible. In such cases, the applicable return or withdrawal rights remain unaffected.
